Brett has worked in financial markets for over 10 years, with his markets experience focused primarily on equity research in stockbroking at Goldman Sachs across metals & mining as well as small cap industrial stocks. He worked at Goldman Sachs from 2006 until 2016 before moving across to BW Equities as an industrial equities analyst in May 2016.

Chris is a geologist and mineral economist, with over 35 years in resources and resource finance. He graduated in Applied Geology from RMIT in 1977 and gaining a post graduate diploma in mineral economics from Macquarie University in 1986.Chris worked in underground mine geology in Mt Isa and Tasmania and exploration at Broken Hill.Joining the finance sector in 1986 he lead mining research teams at National Mutual Funds Management and stockbroker ANZ McCaughan.As an Executive Director of the corporate advisory company Investor Resources Ltd (1998-2008), Chris was instrumental in mining project divestitures and acquisitions, valuations and capital raisings including several initial public offerings and ASX listings. He managed the Phillip Resources Fund (2008-2013), an equity investment fund with a focus on small cap exploration, development and mining companies. Formerly Chairman of Dart Mining NL (2006-2014) and currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed PLD Corporation Ltd and KGL Resources Ltd, he is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
